  horrible service. Every time I go there it takes a long time to get my food and they always get something wrong. Last time I went I ordered an ice cream along with a choc chip pancake, cappuccino, and a burger, and I received the coffee first, but by the time I got my burger the coffee was cold. They also forgot to give me my cone, it was sitting there on the bench melting because it was 30 degrees that day. when I reminded her that im still waiting for the ice cream that was actually melting down the sides and had no shape because it was just liquid. when i asked for a new one because it was melted she gave a a smart-ass remark saying that "it's hot, of course its gonna melt." like it was somehow my fault she cant do her job properly. later when i sat down to eat the burger was cold, old and crusty, and the pancake was rock solid
