The barista didn't make our coffees, it was a machine around the corner but Manager insisted it was hand made. Burnt coffee, hot as all hell and over sweet. Ordered 1 sugar and warm.

Fighting and arguing by staff in kitchen. Yelling at each other. Really disgraceful behavior. Staff belittling customers when complaining that TV is not turned on. Very disappointing.
